Salad a day. Day #1.
Lettuce, fennel, strawberries, sliced almonds, feta with raspberry balsamic and olive oil.
Charlie and I are trying to be healthier…which is cool talk for more in shape…which is again cool talk for thinner. I can’t lie. We are trying to eat salad for at least one meal a day, and a healthy salad…not our favorite salads with creamy dressing and fried chicken and balls of mozzarella. We are very serious. Or trying to be. There are other things we are doing on our quest for healthy living, exercise and no soda and stuff….but lets take it one step at a time.
